Native of Peru, Luis Machicao has shown his collections around the world since 1991. In 2014, Luis Machicao launched his own complements brand. This project has been developed between USA and Barcelona.

He has been commissioned by the President and First Lady of Peru to serve his country because of his impeccable taste. Designing for latin american presidents, celebrities, and socialites including TV mini series, soap operas, theatre, as well as 17 motion pictures in the USA; his public profile has been portrayed in 240 magazines including Southern Living, South Park magazine, Society magazine, and “Vanidades” the spanish version of Vanity Fair. After presenting his 2014 Spring Collection at New York Fashion Week he won the coveted “Best Designer” award at Tiffany’s Paris Fashion Week. Propelling him to the most high profile designer from Charlotte and the only one showing his collections in the world capital of fashion. Today Mr. Machicao is launching his own Fragrance line. The fragrances for men ‘ Homme’ and women ‘Femme’ will be in stores in 2015. This project is being developed between the USA and Barcelona-Spain where there is a long tradition of perfumers. The Femme fragance has, inter alia, floral, woody, musky, and the essence of citrus. The Homme essence includes pink and black pepper, bergamont, citrus, ginger, geranium, and more.
